West Shaw is CEO of Heleus Holdings, a Dallas-based holding company that builds the infrastructure of pickleball through Racket Professional Organization (RPO), Johns Design & Consulting (JDC), StackEleven Marketing, GrowMyClub and 150+ Health.
West took over RPO in July 2025 and, as Global CEO, has built it into a global operation with more than 2,000 coaches in 23+ countries and teams in Ho Chi Minh City and Manila. As Chief Operating Officer of JDC, he works alongside Ben and Collin Johns and has helped launch more than 14 pickleball facilities in the U.S. and abroad.
Previously, West has been a lifelong entrepreneur in the golf industry, including a JV partnership with the PGA Tour. He also serves on the board of Pickleball 365 Franchising.
