Heleus Holdings, LLC

Privacy Policy.

Effective September 17, 2026

01The short version

This site is a brochure. It has no accounts, no forms, no advertising, and no analytics. We do not set cookies. We do not sell personal information.

We receive personal information when you choose to email us, for example to pitch a business or apply for a role. This policy explains what we do with it.

"Heleus," "we," and "us" mean Heleus Holdings, LLC. "Site" means www.heleus-holdings.com.

02Information you send us

The "Pitch Us," "Apply," and "Introduce Yourself" buttons open an email in your own email app. Nothing is submitted through the Site itself. When you send that email, we receive what you put in it:

  • Your name, email address, and any contact details you include.
  • For pitches: what you tell us about yourself and your business.
  • For job applications: your resume, work history, portfolio, links, and anything else you attach or write.

Please do not send sensitive information we have not asked for, such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or health information.

03Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, the servers that deliver this Site keep standard technical logs. Our hosting provider may record your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time. We use these logs only to run, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.

The Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser details. Google's own privacy policy covers that request.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or analytics tools on this Site. Because we do not track visitors, there is nothing for a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off.

04How we use information

  • To read and answer your message.
  • To evaluate a business pitch and decide whether to follow up.
  • To evaluate a job application for the role you named, and for other current or future roles at Heleus or its portfolio companies.
  • To keep the Site secure and working.
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not use your information for automated decisions that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

05Job applicants

We list roles on behalf of our portfolio companies. If you apply, we share your application with the people at Heleus and the relevant portfolio company who are involved in hiring for it.

We accept applications on a rolling basis, including for roles we are not filling today. Unless you ask us to delete it sooner, we keep your application on file so we can consider you when a role opens. You can ask us to remove it at any time (see "Your choices and rights").

06When we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:

  • With our portfolio companies and affiliates, when it is relevant to your pitch or application.
  • With service providers that work for us, such as email, file storage, and hosting providers, under obligations to protect it.
  • With professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
  • When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Heleus or others.
  • As part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.
  • With your consent.

07How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.

08Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or give you a copy. You can also ask us to stop considering your application.

Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you additional rights. These include the laws of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and other U.S. states, and the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Those rights can include the right to object to or restrict certain processing, the right to withdraw consent, the right to appeal a decision we make about your request, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We will honor the rights that apply to you, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

To make a request, write to us at the address below. Tell us who you are, where you live, and what you are asking for. We may need to confirm your identity before we act. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your written permission.

09International transfers

Heleus is based in the United States and works with teams in other countries, including Vietnam. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and used in the United States and other countries whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we use them.

10Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will be safe in every circumstance.

11Children

The Site is for business audiences. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

12Links to other sites

The Site links to our portfolio companies and to other third-party sites. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy, and this policy does not cover them.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so clearly on this page.
